linux-firmware: wl12xx-Update STA firmware

Update STA firmware to version 6.1.3.50.55 via a new file
(wl1271-fw-2.bin) that includs new API between driver and
firmware.
Remove AP NVS, the STA and the AP uses the same NVS file
